I had always been skeptical about yoga, but Parminder -- lovely yoga teacher and a wonderful person -- has changed my mind about it once and for all. I suffer from back problems since childhood, but with everyday yoga back was not annoying me at all! And Parminder was always there to answer billion questions about the topic.

We loved yoga sessions by Parminder. After I had a horrible back pain due to a bad movement, Parminder kindly helped me soothe the pain with her amazing muscle knowledge during several days. She truly is the best. Her energy is beautiful and she always welcomed us with a warm smile.

Yoga: Parminder —> we did yogawith Parminder, really enjoyed her classes, she helped with pregnancy postures and told me what not to do. She was very friendly and professional and has great choice in music!! I highly recommend everyone to go to her classes, I always felt good after her class.

Parminder's knowledge of human anatomy is impressive, and she always helped me get the right posture during my practice. She has magic in her hands. She worked wonders on my back muscles, easing all the stiffness and knots. I felt like some weight had been lifted off my back. It was such a relieving experience! She even introduced me to acro yoga - a fun new adventure!

I had come down with severe neck pain and stiffness, I couldn't sleep for 2 nights straight and had issue was from last 1month.Parminder was able to solve the issue in 1 session itself. She helped me relieve the neck pain and stiffness and also advised me on the precautionary measure to avoid the issue again.One can make out that she is well qualified, experienced and has the right set of equipments for curing problems effectively. My assumption here is that she loves what she does and is committed to her profession.
